Privacy Notice

This notice covers Ovadyah Cabinets(“we,” “us”), a cabinet shop based in Galas, Dipolog City. It explains how we handle personal data submitted through this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

When you send a quote request or fill out our customer feedback survey, we collect only what you enter yourself: your name, email address or phone number, project details, and any message or ratings you provide. We don't collect sensitive personal information, and we don't use this website to process payments.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry - to prepare a quote, schedule a measure, follow up on a project, or read and act on feedback about completed work. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database, which is access-controlled: the public can only submit new entries, and only authenticated Ovadyah Cabinets staff can read or update them. Access to our admin dashboard is protected by login credentials.

We keep quote and feedback submissions as part of our regular business and project records. We don't delete data on a fixed schedule, but we will delete or anonymize your submission upon request - see “Your rights” below.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, or delete your submission. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the channel below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
