What we cut
Six things the machine does better than a hand.
Most jobs are some mix of these. Ask for one of them or all six — it is the same setup either way.
Hardware boring
Hinge cups, 32 mm shelf-pin rows, drawer-slide and dowel holes drilled in the same run as the cut. Parts come off the table already located for hardware.
Grooves, dados & rebates
Back-panel grooves, shelf dados, and rebated joints machined to the real thickness of your board — so carcasses pull together square instead of needing shims.
Curved & shaped parts
Radius ends, arches, scribe profiles, and templates cut straight from a drawing. The tenth copy matches the first, which is the part hand-cutting can never promise.
Routing & decorative detail
Shaker profiles, fluted and slatted panels, grooved door fronts, and V-carved detail — the work that eats a full day with a router and a straightedge.
Engraving & signage
Names, logos, house numbers, and lettering cut through or engraved into board, acrylic, or solid wood.

Bring your own or have us supply them. Either way the board gets checked for thickness and flatness before the first cut — a bowed sheet ruins parts and bits in equal measure.

How it works
From your list to labelled parts.
No account to open and no minimum order. The whole thing usually starts with a message.

Send it over
Email or Messenger us a DXF, DWG, PDF, or a plain written cut list. A photo of a hand-drawn sketch is enough to start the conversation.

We nest and quote
We lay your parts onto sheets, count the boards the job actually needs, and send back a price with the cutting layout for you to approve.

We cut
Once you approve, the job goes on the machine. Cut, bored, and grooved in one setup, then labelled part by part so nothing gets guessed at during assembly.

Collect or deliver
Pick up at the shop in Galas, or have the parts delivered around Dipolog. Add edge banding before they leave and the parts arrive finished.
What to send
Two ways to hand over a job.
Drawings speed things up, but they are not a requirement. Most walk-in jobs arrive as a list of sizes on a phone.
If you have CAD files
- DXF or DWG preferred — AI, SVG, or PDF also work
- Drawn 1:1, in millimetres
- Closed outlines, one outline per part
- Hardware holes marked with diameter and depth
- Board type, thickness, and quantity per part

If you only have measurements
- A cut list: length × width × quantity
- Board type and thickness for each part
- Which edges need banding
- Grain direction, where it matters
- A sketch or photo of the finished piece

Do I need CAD files to get parts cut?
No. For straight panel work, a written cut list with sizes and quantities is enough — we draw it up on our end. CAD files only become necessary for curves, shaped parts, engraving, and anything that has to match an existing profile exactly.
Can you cut boards I already bought?
Yes. Bring them to the shop in Galas. We check thickness and flatness before anything goes on the table, and we will tell you straight if a board is too warped or too damaged to run safely.
How much does CNC cutting cost?
It depends on the board, how many sheets the job needs after nesting, and how much machining each part takes — a plain shelf and a fluted door front are not the same work. Send your cut list and you get a written quote instead of a guess.
What is the smallest job you will take?
Single sheets and one-off parts are fine. Small jobs get slotted between production runs, so the wait can be a day or two longer than a full job.
How long does a job take?
Most jobs run 2–5 working days from the moment you approve the layout. Rush work is possible when the machine has a gap — ask when you send the list and we will tell you honestly.
Do you band the edges too?
Yes, edge banding runs in the same shop. You can price it yourself with our calculator, then have it done before the parts leave — one trip instead of two.
Can you copy a part I already have?
Bring the part in. We measure it, draw it, and cut matching copies. This is the usual route for replacing a broken door or extending a set of cabinets that was built years ago.
Do you deliver?
Delivery around Dipolog City can be arranged with the job. For anywhere further out, we will quote the trip along with the cutting.
